Lawyer Mauro Festa was admitted to the profession at the age of 25 and had worked in Wall Street (NYC) at the law firm De Orchis Walker & Corsa.

The lawyer teaches in Digital & Entertaiment Law at Bocconi University in Milan and he is also a professor in the Master of “Law and Business” IlSole24Ore within the module dedicated to Digital and Cyber ​​Law.

He speaks fluently Italian, English and French, knows Hebrew and Spanish and has basic knowledge of Chinese. Moreover, he earned a master at Fontainbleau in view of culture and business strategy, and a certificate in the field of complex negotiation.

He is also a member of the Judicial Commission of UPA (Utenti Pubblicitari Associati).

Lawyer Monica Esposito graduated in Law at the University of Salerno, she received a three-year specialization in civil law at the University of Camerino, while she was admitted to the profession at the Court of Salerno, where she gained an intense experience in bankruptcy and corporate law, serving as both curator of legal guardianship.

She is an expert, also, of maritime law, labour law and health care, as well as in the recovery of claims and liability arising out of wrongful acts.

For several years she has collaborated with law offices in Naples and Rome, where she had the opportunity to acquire professional background on civil law, with particular reference to dispute litigations and contracts.

Basic knowledge of English and French languages, both spoken and written.

Fellow of Civil Law at the University of Salerno, as well as with excellent negotiating skills.

Cristina Romano is specialized in European Media law and Data protection law.
After many years working in boutique law firms  in Rome, Naples and Milan, she moved to Munich, where she started to deepen the German law.
She also worked, as an indipendent researcher, at the Federico II University in Naples, by conducting studies on European Media Law.
In addition, she leads several seminars for companies and public entities.
Mrs Romano speaks fluently English and German. She has also a good knowledge of French and a basic knowledge of Spanish.

Lawyer Francesco Polimei graduated in Law at the University of Naples “Federico II”, he became quickly a lawyer in the Court of Naples, where he could gain important as it is varied and lasting experience both in the field and out of the Court, also holding the role of legal advisor of several companies operating in trade, industry and information technology.

Expert in the field of unfair competition, intellectual and industrial property, as well as in the field of trademarks and patents, household sector and human rights.

He also holds, for over 15 years, the office of the Federal Prosecutor of the Italian Tennis Federation and became, therefore, a recognized expert in sports law.

Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.



Of counsel

Lawyer Mara Boffa is specialized in the field of administrative law, dealing in particular with public works contracts both in the phase of the choice of the contractor and in the phase of the execution of public contracts.
She represented contracting authorities and subjects participating in public procedures before administrative organs of justice. She has acquired experience in the field of environmental law, following several remediation procedures for polluted sites. Moreover, she has dealt with issues related to the organization and activity of local authorities, urban planning, construction, public services, energy, providing assistance and advice in favor of public and private entities.

Graduated with honors in Law at the University of Milan, admitted to the profession in 2004, she is registered in the Special Register of Lawyers admitted to the legal proceedings before the Court of Cassation and the other Higher Jurisdictions from 2017. She exercises the function of Arbitrator appointed by the Arbitration Chamber of the C.C.I.A.A. of Milan in arbitration proceedings administered by the same authority.
She is a member of the Lombard Society of Administrative Lawyers (SOLOM).

Holds a LL.B. degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina, where he graduated with honors (2002). He also performed as teaching assistant of Business Law during 200o and 2001.

In 1999 was awarded with the Premio Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires a la Excelencia Universitaria; and in 2002 with the Premio Editorial El Derecho.

In 2004 he attended his Master in International Relationships Europe – Latin America in the Università di Bologna, Buenos Aires Representation; and in 2005 in the city of Bologna, Italy.

He was associated during 2002 to Estudio Dames | Abogados in the city of Tandil and to M. & M. Bomchil in 2003, where he concentrated on antitrust/competition law. As of 2006, he was associated to Pastoriza, Eviner, Cangueiro & Ruiz Abogados, focused on capital market, banking and international financing.

In 2008 Mr Dames founded DFG Abogados from where he develops his professional career since then. Through DFG Abogados, Mr Dames established in 2017 a partnership with LegalFor, an Italian Law Firm.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires bar and Ciudad de Azul Bar Association.

He is fluent in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
